Senior Financial Analyst - Supply Chain Finance

Ecolab is hiring for a Senior Financial Analyst on the North America Supply Chain Finance team. This role interacts regularly with supply chain operations managers for warehouses and tollers along with planning and the NA Supply Chain Finance Leadership team. This position will have the opportunity to help build and support key processes and reporting to drive planning, analysis, and presentations for senior leadership focused on $20M logistic WH cost as well as support $180M of Inventory reporting. This Senior Financial Analyst role reports to the Sr. Manager, NA Finance Supply Chain.

What You Will Do:

Perform and drive monthly reporting, month end close, analytical processes, and presentation support to deliver information to Logistic and SC Finance teams.Provide decision support, including reporting and analysis of key supply chain metrics and financials.Support the Supply Chain Monthly Forecast for WH and Tollers as well as Inventory (DOH)Provide support for Standard cost analytics and SAP updates as needed, review monthly KA cost roll.Develop reporting and analytics based on SAP data and Microsoft Power BI.Assist in development, coordination, consolidation, and completion of annual plan and mid-year business review processes.Conduct and manage other ad hoc requests from senior leadership, including preparation of analysis and/or presentations for upper management.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field4 years of accounting and/or finance experienceNo immigration sponsorship available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA and/or CPAExperience and strong technical skills in Microsoft Power BIExperience and strong technical skills in SAPExperience and/or desire to learn about in other reporting and analysis platforms; HFM, BI, BEXProficient in Microsoft Suite softwareStrong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing prioritiesStrong communication and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain business relationships
