Nordstrom is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Supply Chain Finance team. The ideal candidate is highly curious, customer-focused, and demonstrates a strong sense of ownership. With a passion for data and reporting, this individual will play a key role in consolidating Operations results to support month-end close, monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and ad hoc requests. Additionally, they will provide valuable insights into key business drivers and support strategic investments that drive our business forward.
**This role is Hybrid - Seattle, WA and does require you to be in office 3 days per week. We do not offer relocation for this role.
A day in the life…
Lead and manage the processes for monthly close reporting and forecasting activities.Develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts for fixed expenses, ensuring alignment with business goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, analyze, and optimize business performance.Design and implement reporting tools and financial models that provide valuable insights into past performance and inform future trends.Serve as a key finance partner, effectively communicating complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.Analyze data to identify trends and drive actionable outcomes that improve business performance.Take ownership of ad hoc analyses and special projects as needed.Champion process improvements and work to simplify reporting methods for greater efficiency.You own this if you have…
3-5 years of related experience BA/BS Degree in Accounting or Finance Supply Chain experience is preferred Proven experience in analysis, modeling, and reporting financial performance, with a strong sense of curiosity Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and timelines Excellent computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint, experience with Hyperion-Essbase and Anaplan a plus Ability to independently develop processes and deliverables from general direction Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail, data integrity and accuracyWe’ve got you covered…

Washington: $77,969 - $132,000 AnnuallyThis position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses.
