International Motors in Lisle, IL., is seeking a Senior Financial Consultant to join our team!

In this role, you will collaborate closely with various business units to gain a deep understanding of the organization and provide insights aimed at driving profitable growth. Successful candidates will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong financial modeling background, and experience in financial reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities Lead preparation for monthly financial, operating & board reviews; Assist in ad hoc analysis & requestsPerform detailed financial analysis and build complex financial modelsCreate and present analysis to facilitate and influence decision making processes with both senior management and functional counterpartsSupport planning and forecasting cycle, including Strategic Plan, Operating Plan, and monthly forecasts
Lead R&D program approvals and support related managementLead capital projects and prepare related business casesLead headcount forecasting, analyze resource utilization and developing relevant performance metricsAssist in implementing and maintaining best practice financial tools and processesProactively identify, analyze and communicate trends and issues affecting the businessProvide value add by streamlining processes and delivering efficienciesGathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degreeAt least 5 years of finance experience1 year lead experience

OR

Master’s degreeAt least 3 years of finance experience1 year lead experience

OR
