SENIOR FINANCIAL DATA ANALYST - PE Backed Healthcare Organization in Alpharetta
My client, a private equity backed healthcare company in Alpharetta, is seeking a Senior Financial Data Analyst to join their team based in Alpharetta, Georgia. The role involves comprehensive data analysis, financial modeling, and report creation to facilitate financial decision-making. The Senior Financial Data Analyst will be crucial in developing Tableau dashboards and reports, tracking key financial metrics, and providing actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
+ Utilize Tableau to develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights for the finance team and business stakeholders.
+ Conduct complex financial analysis and forecasting to assist in business planning and decision-making.
+ Collaborate with finance, operations, and business units to ensure data accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
+ Design automated financial reports and visualization tools to streamline data access and enhance decision-making efficiency.
+ Analyze historical financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue growth.
+ Monitor financial KPIs and ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting across various platforms.
+ Improve financial data quality, accuracy, and timeliness through process enhancements and automation.
+ Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in financial analysis and business intelligence tools like Tableau.
+ Prepare presentations for senior leadership, highlighting financial performance and strategic opportunities based on ad-hoc data analysis.
Requirements
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for data manipulation and analysis.
+ Experience with Tableau is necessary for visualizing data and generating insightful reports.
+ Demonstrated ability in Data Analysis and Data Analytics is essential.
+ Expertise in Financial Analysis is a must to interpret and predict financial trends and patterns.
+ Familiarity with Budgeting and Forecasting is crucial to estimate future financial outcomes.
+ Practical experience in Budgeting is desirable to manage and allocate resources effectively.
+ Proficiency in Forecasting is vital for projecting future business and financial scenarios.
+ Experience in Forecasting & Modeling is required for simulating potential financial outcomes.
