Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Financial ERP Systems Analyst in Pasadena, CA. Essential Functions: * Senior Financial ERP Systems Analyst will understand data flows between various systems and review data and new/modified financial reports for integrity and accuracy * Respond to support needs and queries as assigned; Resolve and escalate issues * Perform financial analysis of data as needed * Develop and maintain functional documentation in support of financial and general accounting functions for all systems * Build and manage successful relationships with IT, accounting, internal business leaders, managers, and end users to collaborate on strategic solutions to support their deliverables * Identify and clearly define issues and develop business cases for process changes or enhancements * Clearly define business requirements and the scope of new solutions * Participate with IT and business team members in development of scalable solutions for correction and process improvement * As a Senior Financial ERP Systems Analyst, you will participate in the development of test scripts and in the testing of application and workflow changes * Assess training and participate development and provision of training for new and current business systems related to financial systems * Research, evaluate and present industry trends and technology advancements that significantly improve the company's services * Mentor and train entry level Business Support Analyst to prepare for Senior level role, when needed * Other duties as assigned by upper management
