Senior Financial Planning Analyst is responsible for partnering with our business on key areas along with creating financial reports to assist the managing director to effectively manage the business. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in sales, marketing and finance. The Senior Financial Planning Analyst position is critical in building our financial models, creating and executing compensation plans/reporting for our sales team and assisting sales in driving strong financial decisions. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES + Act as business partner and create financial reports in order to help the managing director better manage the business area + Prepare and analyze sales and margin plus annual cost center budgets in order to ensure the business area sets realistic goals for the growth in sales and profits. + Prepare and analyze all income statement forecasts and substantiate any budget deviations to ensure that the business area is on track to achieve its commitments to the corporation + Participate in Revenue Recognition testing activities throughout the month, and support SOX and Financial audits as needed + Own Sales Commission process including monthly accruals, calculation and analysis for businesses supported by role YOUR PROFILE + Required bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in finance + Preferred master’s degree with 3 years of experience in finance + Proficient at creating financial models for rollout through the business + MS Office advanced user (especially Excel) + ERP knowledge of SAP and BW is a plus WHAT WE OFFER + Competitive Salary as well as relocation packages + Continuous training, support, and focus on your personal development + Workplace Flexibility + Summer Hours GET MORE INSIGHT Learn more about what we do and who we are by watching our company video “We Are Leica”: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1zHmalqMXN4 Are you interested to discover new opportunities in an innovative, team-oriented environment?
