About the role:

As a Financial Analyst at TQL, you will become a key member of our FP&A Corporate Consolidation team, where you'll gain unparalleled exposure to critical business functions and senior leadership. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop deep expertise in Hyperion Essbase while contributing to essential financial processes, including month-end close, forecasting, planning, and ad hoc analysis.

What you’ll be doing:

Support month-end close, forecasting, planning, and ad hoc analysis for finance leadership.Serve as a Hyperion Essbase SME, assisting with troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancements. Prior Essbase experience is preferred but not required.Consolidate financial results and forecasts for corporate functions.Collaborate with the manager to prepare review materials for presentations to business and finance leaders.Promote a positive and collaborative team environment, actively engaging in training, mentoring, and self-development opportunities.Identify, propose, and implement process improvements across departments, driving innovation in financial and operational workflows.Develop and present solutions to business and financial challenges using a combination of analytical tools and expertise.

  

What you need:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information systems or related field.3-5 years of relevant business or analytical experience.Experience with Hyperion, Adaptive Insights, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Netsuite or Anaplan requiredAdvanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using tools such as Excel including arrays and advanced formulas (Power Query and SQL knowledge is a plus).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present findings clearly.Excellent problem-solving skills (ability to troubleshoot Tier 1 Hyperion Essbase issues is preferred).Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
