Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

Key Responsibilities - Preparation of all SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, etc.), including consolidated financial statements, footnotes, management’s discussion and analysis. - Provide support and information to external auditors as necessary. - Assist in the implementation of accounting directives as developed by managers to update policies and procedures across business lines which will provide long-term benefits for the Company. - Coordinate the operation of internal reporting process to meet business requirements and periodic compilation of reports. Including coordination across business units including foreign locations. - Perform lease accounting function including preparation of lease classification analyses, review of lease reconciliations, maintaining and ensuring accuracy of data within Visual Lease. Own the Visual Lease reporting function. - Prepare quarterly GAAP disclosure and SEC checklists. - Assist in special projects including: o Implementation of new accounting standards and reporting regulations o Purchase Accounting and related disclosures - Complete ALL required BEA forms and upload to BEA website Requirements PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS · Bachelor's degree in Accounting required · CPA strongly preferred · 2 – 5 years of relevant accounting experience · Large public accounting experience strongly preferred · Solid understanding and experience applying U.S. GAAP · Demonstrated ability to develop and improve systems and processes · Experience working in Workiva a plus · Experience working in an ERP or accounting consolidation system a plus · Prior experience in manufacturing industry a plus Skills/qualities · Strong verbal and written communication skills · High energy, passionate individual who is focused on continuous improvement · Curious mindset and desire to work collaboratively with various internal stakeholders to pragmatically resolve issues and questions · Attention to detail and accuracy of work product · High integrity and personal standards for quality of work · Effective problem solver and motivator · Motivated by and thrives in a fast-paced environment with frequent ad hoc requests and changing priorities · Ability to grow with the company To apply to this hybrid role, please send your resume to John Sadofsky at john.sadofsky@roberthalf.c0m Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
