What you'll do:

The Senior Financial Reporting Manager role will be responsible for assisting with the accounting and financial reporting of the Company, with an emphasis on projects and financial system integrations. The Senior Financial Reporting Manager is expected to have robust subject matter expertise and the ability to lead and manage projects and integrations efforts largely autonomously. This position works closely with the Accounting and Finance leadership and other Finance team members to complete projects and will also perform various ad hoc accounting duties and analysis.

What we are looking for:

Develop, test, and deploy new applications that interface with Oracle ERP as well as upgrades to existing applications to solve complex problems that address critical business needs.Understand business applications, identify inefficiencies and make recommendations. Work closely with Accounting team members to address new and changing business requirements.Coordinate planning and resource management for new product implementations or other initiatives requiring upgrades and/or enhancements for enterprise systems.Liaison between key business stakeholders, IT and third party service providers.Work with stakeholders to understand their business needs and coordinate with IT to implement solutions that meet the business needs, goals and objectives. Provide support to Accounting where service or assistance is needed. Work with management, external auditors and regulatory agencies concerning accounting and SOX requirements, as needed.

What you need to have:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Finance/Accounting10+ years experience in Finance/Accounting with an emphasis on projects and system integrations.Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to work independently and balance multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.Strong experience with and knowledge of Oracle ERP Fusion
