**CTG is seeking to fill a Senior Finastra's LoanIQ solution Engineer opening for our client in Wilmington, DE** **.**

**Overview** :
We are looking for a Senior Technical Engineer with extensive expertise in Finastra's LoanIQ solution. This individual will take ownership of the LoanIQ technical solution, including SDK development, license management, upgrades, module installation, troubleshooting, and interfacing with Finastra’s technical support. The role will involve providing high-level technical solutions, design guidance, and documentation to support the development and deployment of existing or new systems. This position requires an advanced understanding of technology solutions and a deep technical background.
**Primary Responsibilities** :
+ Collaborate closely with Technology management, customers, and support teams to lead the design, development, and execution of technical solutions that meet current and future organizational needs.
+ Contribute to infrastructure architecture and design, research and development of systems, creation of technology standards and policies, and thorough analysis of user requirements.
+ Perform unit tests, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
+ Work independently and regularly with business partners at various levels to gather and clarify requirements, and estimate the effort required for large-scale projects.
+ Manage vendor interactions and resources as needed.
+ Mentor and coach less experienced engineers, technicians, and integrators.
+ Review documentation, proposals, and changes from less experienced staff.
+ Stay updated with trends and advancements in Financial Services technologies.
+ Ensure adherence to industry best practices, standards, and procedures.
+ Maintain a high level of technical aptitude and working knowledge of Finastra products and services.
+ Assist in developing expense and capital budgets.
+ Identify and escalate risk-related issues, adhering to company risk and regulatory standards.
+ Promote a diverse work environment that aligns with the company’s values.
+ Maintain internal control standards, and implement audit points and regulatory actions in a timely manner.
+ Complete other related duties as assigned.
**Scope of Responsibilities** :
+ Own the LoanIQ technical solution and ensure its seamless operation within the organization.
+ Work on complex system design, infrastructure architecture, and troubleshooting of issues related to LoanIQ and its integrations.
+ Serve as the point of contact for all technical aspects related to LoanIQ, including system upgrades, patch management, and SDK development.
**Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities** :
+ Not Applicable.
**Education and Experience Required** :
+ Minimum of 12 years of higher education and/or work experience in systems design, management, and/or architecture.
+ Thorough understanding of the system development and infrastructure lifecycle, vendor best practices, IT Service Management, and systems design.
+ Proficient in working with Finastra’s LoanIQ solution, including modules, SDK, APIs, etc.
+ Strong experience with object-oriented languages, preferably C# in .NET.
+ Proficiency in front-end JavaScript/HTML frameworks, preferably Angular.
**Education and Experience Preferred** :
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
+ Minimum 12 years of advanced experience in technical engineering, infrastructure design technologies, data management, and complex system development.
+ Ability to translate complex business and functional requirements into structured, high-quality implementations using industry-standard approaches.
+ Advanced technical, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
+ Verifiable industry expertise in relevant technologies.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
+ Experience with project estimation, budget management, and planning activities.
+ Strong communication and facilitation skills.
+ Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $180,000 to $250,000 annually. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
