Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Senior FinOps Analyst for one of our largest clients in Downtown Cleveland. This individual will be joining the Cloud Infrastructure team, responsible for providing financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and consumption analysis including KPIs, showback, and capacity across managed data platforms running in the cloud and on-prem. They will be providing support for software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide applications necessary for the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of data for internal department planning and activities, and working closely across technical teams to ensure software systems are running efficiently with minimal downtime. The Analyst will be pulling and analyzing data from a handful of different sources of information, including internal and external sources, in addition to developing custom queries and building reports utilizing query and flexible reporting tools to facilitate business management decisions. Additional responsibilities include:  Provide support for software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide applications by developing and identifying design considerations and business impacts needed for configuration  Ensure accessibility of data for internal department planning and activities  Perform advanced configuration, setup, and updating of applications  Load data into established tables, fields, and system databases  Define governance standards and processes for data input, structures, and storage mechanisms  Build and produce reports that facilitate business management and staff decisions  Set up user access and train users on the applications  Recommend changes in applications development, maintenance, and system standards  Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams within the organization, to ensure the integration and interoperability of enterprise-wide systems  Liaise with client stakeholders and external vendors to provide necessary support for enterprise-wide applications Compensation: $115,000-135,000 We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field, or 12 years of IT experience in lieu of a degree.  4+ years of professional data and technical analysis experience.  Experience with software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide systems.  Knowledge of FinOps principles/fundamentals. o IT financials, budgets, cost management, etc.  Strong relationship management experience ability to effectively communicate and tell stories to senior management.  Strong Azure experience and/or working within multi-cloud environments. o Experience applying cloud security designs and principles to business solutions.  Experience with Agile methodologies.
