**Location:** Winston-Salem & Stoneville, NC
We’re looking for a Fleet Manager to take charge of operations at two key North Carolina locations—Winston-Salem and Stoneville. You'll oversee a fleet of 70 vehicles and manage a team of 13 employees, ensuring the fleet is safe, reliable, and running at peak performance. This is a critical leadership role with real impact.

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Manage all fleet and maintenance activities across both sites
+ Maintain safe, dependable vehicles to support daily operations
+ Lead, train, and support a team of 13 mechanics and technicians
+ Ensure shops are staffed appropriately and follow all safety procedures
+ Monitor budgets, control costs, and manage capital equipment requests
+ Conduct regular fleet evaluations and shop inspections
+ Utilize vehicle and maintenance management systems effectively
+ Drive a safety-first culture through meetings, inspections, and compliance
+ Participate in hiring, performance reviews, and employee development
**Qualifications**
+ At least 5 years of relevant fleet or maintenance management experience
+ High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree is a plus
+ Valid driver’s license
+ Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced operational environment
+ Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
