Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of Senior FOIA Analyst. The Senior FOIA Analyst is responsible for leading and coordinating enhancements and process improvements for the client's Freedom of Information Act Request Portal (FOIAXpress) systems. They will enable the organizations to take proactive measures to identify and manage changes in their business processes. They will focus on improving various business processes using different change management tools and techniques. They will provide support for FOIA and other Congressional, and client requests. The selected individual will join a collaborative team environment where they will provide expertise and support in the successful delivery of the projects. Keys to the success of this position is the  effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting project status.

Responsibilities Manage projects related to the FOIA processes for the client
Support data collection required for incoming FOIA requestsMonitor and assess Federal FOIA policy and regulations and its impact on the client's FOIAXpress;Secure Release system to ensure continued complianceDevelop strategic objectives to improve system and/or organizational performanceProvide leadership with strategies for improvementTrain staff to use new processes and proceduresProvide Tier 1 support for incoming tickets related to FOIAXpress and Secure Release Qualifications Proven experience in leading and implementing enhancements and business improvement initiativesBachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, business or a related fieldProficiency to interact with stakeholders at various levelsGood analytical and problem-solving skills to solve complex issuesPotential to work independently as well as with othersUnderstanding of risk mitigation tacticsProficiency in communicating technical information to non-technical staffEfficient leadership competencies to drive changeExpertise in coordinating with cross-functional teams About Us
