We’re 12\-minute walk from entertainment, restaurants, and boat cruises at Navy Pier, and 8 minutes from the Chicago Riverwalk\! Guests of this hotel enjoy free made\-to\-order breakfast and our complimentary early evening social\. In this role, you will oversee both of these meal periods, as well as evening room service, the hotel's coffee shop and banquets\! You would manage a team of 20 non\-union team members, two supervisors and one food and beverage manager\. The ideal candidate for this position will have someone who has high volume restaurant experience \(either in a hotel or standalone setting\), who can motivate a team and communicate clearly to both team members/leaders\! Additionally, we're seeking an individual with experience developing menus, marketing their offerings and drive revenue\.
