Job DescriptionAs a Senior Foreman Fitter Surface you will be responsible for managing the discipline of engineering supervisory, budget and technical service.
Your responsibilities are as follows:
Plan and coordinated daily, weekly, and monthly requirements and priorities with operational team (all planned and related work and shut downs)Liaise and communicate effectively with other Foreman/Supervisors/departments Monitoring and over inspect plant and equipment, including condition monitoringControl SHEQ and report regularly on costs, targets, actuals, objectivesOversee the quality of workmanship and conduct regular inspections and planned task observationsCoaching and mentoring of learners and ArtisansStandby dutiesThis role is in the D1 level reporting to the Section Engineer.
