Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed team member to join our FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) department in our London, UK Office.

Insulet International supports the rapid development of our commercial activities outside of the United States. We expect to continue our exceptional growth trajectory in 2025, with exciting initiatives such as new product launch and new ERP implementation.

Part of Finance, International FP&A team manages the budgeting, forecasting and analytical processes for 23 countries across Europe, Middle East (EMEA), Canada and Australia.

We are a team based across London & Paris. Our mission is to support our stakeholders set, achieve, and measure performance against operational and financial ambitions, bringing them a robust financial expertise combined with an active business partnering mindset.

As the Sr. FP&A Analyst, Distributors, you will be responsible for ensuring monthly performance and day-to-day business support for our existing Distributors stakeholders (Italy, Nordics, Israel, Greece, Croatia and Middle East) and other functions in our organizations, supporting revenues, Operating Expenses and Headcount.

Responsibilities

Revenues Forecast and AnalysisDistributors (EU and MEA) revenues forecast and quarterly Latest EstimateEnhanced performance reporting and analysis, especially around Commercial KPIsPricing and Commercial conditions forecast and monitoring in collaboration with Market AccessOpEx Forecast and AnalysisOpEx Forecast and analysis for DistributorsWorkforce planning (headcount and other labor related expenses)PO approvals and accrualsMaintain selected departments expenses trackersOthersLead scenario planning activities, evaluating potential business outcomes to inform proactive strategy.Strat Plan Revenues and Resources supportInvestments and Business CasesBackfill of other team members as needed

Strong analytical & Problem solving skillsStrong knowledge of Excel and ability to work with different IT systemsKnowledge of Financial planning tools (e.g. Hyperion, Cognos TM1, SAC, Planful (Host))Prior use of ERP (e.g. SAP S4/HANA)Fluency in English (Required)Proficiency in a second language a plusExperience with new financial systems implementation beneficial

Education and Experience

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting or another relevant fieldDemonstrable working experience, preferably FP&A in Public companyPrevious experience in the Healthcare industry is a plus, but not required

Additional Information

The position can be hybrid or in-person at our London OfficeTravel is estimated at 10% but will flex depending on business needs

NOTE: This position is eligible for hybrid working arrangements (requires on-site work from an Insulet office at least 1x/week; may work remotely other days). #LI-Hybrid
