Senior FP&A Analyst

Role Description:

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Financial Reporting this role will support the day-to-day FP&A activities including reporting, analysis, forecasting in addition to assisting in annual budgeting and multi-year strategic planning processes. This role will also help with monthly accounting support as needed.The role will touch all aspects on the business and interface with various functions. It is a highly visible role with frequent exposure to senior leaders in the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the FP&A manager and team with periodic monthly, quarterly reporting and analysis work Develop reports and bridges / walks to compare actual results to forecast, budget and last year and associated commentary related to drivers of the variances Assist in process improvement and financial model development in the FP&A area, including P&L and balance sheet Help with and lead ad-hoc analysis and presentation of business results as requested by the CFO and senior management Assist in the annual budget cycle with reporting / analysis and process improvements Support month-end close process Other special projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting 3-6 years of relevant financial experience, preferably FP&A Manufacturing experience a plus Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint Self-starter with good energy and initiative Detail orientation with analytical experience Collaborative style with proven written and verbal communication skills Strong results orientation with good work ethic
