THE POSITION: Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive financial and operational reporting while serving as a strategic business partner to key functional leaders. This role will play a critical part in strengthening our core FP&A processes, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. The position will be based out of our national headquarters in Port Chester, NY (bordering Westchester and Fairfield counties).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial / operational reports, delivering actionable insights to leadership. Develop strong cross-functional relationships to enhance business knowledge and promote financial accountability. Support and enhance the budgeting and forecasting process by collaborating with business partners and setting clear expectations. Leverage data analysis tools to extract insights from complex datasets and present findings in clear, visually compelling formats. Foster a culture of continuous learning and process improvement within FP&A and across the organization.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 5 to 7 years of progressive FP&A experience. Proven ability to act as a trusted financial business partner to cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Experience with financial planning tools and ERP systems (e.g., Adaptive Planning, NetSuite). Advanced Excel skills (Logical formulas, Lookups, Pivot Tables, Indirects).

The base salary range for this position is $95k-$105k, commensurate with experience
