About the Role:
The Senior FP&A Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial planning,budgeting, and forecasting processes. This position is responsible for analyzingfinancial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to assist in strategic decision-making.
What you will Do:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:o Assist in developing and managing financial models, budgets, and forecasts.o Conduct variance analysis to compare actual financial performance againstbudget and forecast expectations.o Prepare financial reports and dashboards to present insights to management.o Support business decision-making through data-driven financial analysis.o Collaborate with various departments to gather data and provide financialinsights.o Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance financial performance.o Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and scenario analyses.o Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.
About You:
o Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fieldo 6+ years of related experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or corporatefinance.o Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills.o Ability to communicate financial insights effectively to non-financialstakeholders.o Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.o Knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.o Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.$108,000 - $142,000 a yearThe posted salary range represents the base compensation for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, skills, geographic location, and internal equity.
