In this critical role, you will drive enterprise-wide financial planning, overhead management, and analytics. Your responsibilities will encompass financial reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, and leading a team of financial analysts to ensure strategic financial decision-making. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the Corporation’s annual plan, Long Range Plan, and R&O reviews, directly impacting the organization's financial health and growth. This is a Hybrid role. **Responsibilities:** + Drive the annual financial planning process, monthly forecasting, and financial close reporting, ensuring accurate P&L and Balance Sheet planning. + Develop and deliver comprehensive monthly Corporate Financial Reports. + Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support key corporate initiatives, including quarterly earnings calls and board meetings. + Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis to enhance financial performance management and decision-making. + Lead, mentor, and provide strategic guidance to direct reports, fostering team growth and excellence. + Build and refine financial models to support business planning and long-term strategic initiatives. **Qualifications:** _Required:_ + **Experience:** Minimum of 10+ years in Corporate Finance or a related financial role, with a strong background in government services contracting.
