**The Opportunity:**
As the Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will be a key leader within the Corporate Finance organization, reporting directly to the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis. In this critical role, you will drive enterprise-wide financial planning, overhead management, and analytics. Your responsibilities will encompass financial reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, and leading a team of financial analysts to ensure strategic financial decision-making. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the Corporation’s annual plan, Long Range Plan, and R&O reviews, directly impacting the organization's financial health and growth.
This is a Hybrid role.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Drive the annual financial planning process, monthly forecasting, and financial close reporting, ensuring accurate P&L and Balance Sheet planning.
+ Develop and deliver comprehensive monthly Corporate Financial Reports.
+ Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support key corporate initiatives, including quarterly earnings calls and board meetings.
+ Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis to enhance financial performance management and decision-making.
+ Lead, mentor, and provide strategic guidance to direct reports, fostering team growth and excellence.
+ Build and refine financial models to support business planning and long-term strategic initiatives.
**Qualifications:**
_Required:_
+ **Experience:** Minimum of 10+ years in Corporate Finance or a related financial role, with a strong background in government services contracting. Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role.
+ **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ **Industry Expertise:** Deep understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS).
+ **Technical Proficiency:** Advanced skills in financial and accounting systems such as Costpoint, Oracle/Hyperion Financial, COGNOS, and SmartView.
+ **Excel Mastery:** Proficient in intermediate to advanced Excel functions, including linked workbooks, multi-worksheet models, lookups, and pivot tables.
+ **Financial Acumen:** Strong grasp of financial statements, accounting principles, forecasting, and variance analysis.
+ **Problem-solving & Adaptability:** Proven ability to navigate competing priorities, manage shifting deadlines, and execute tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
+ **Leadership & Collaboration:** Ability to work independently while effectively leading teams and contributing in collaborative settings.

**Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$99,800 - $219,600
