Senior Front-End React Developer with a Public Sector Client of TEKsystems Description The Public Vehicle Standards - Vehicle for Hire team is launching a new initiative to streamline the licensing process for taxi and limousine industry applicants. This initiative will provide online options for applying and renewing licenses, as well as submitting documentation. When completed this new application will allow Taxi and Limousine applicants a more streamlined experience for the application process. We are implementing a web portal using The City’s .NET framework and standards. The project is seeking a front end react developer to design and develop the custom online web portal that will integrate with a D365 Customer Service application. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication, problem-solving, and client relations skills. Essential Skills 1. Five plus (5+) years' experience as a front-end developer working with react 2. Five (5) years' experience with web and mobile frameworks such as ReactJS and JQuery; 3. Five (5) years' experience in UI/UX (User Interface/User Experience) design discipline with a emphasis on upfront design and wireframing; 4. Five (5) years' experience with industry standard programming languages such as C#, ASP.NET, Visual Studio, JavaScript; 5. Two (2+) years previous experience with AzureDevOps and GITHub; 6. Two (2+) years previous experience in creating custom web front ends into D365 is highly desirable; Additional Skills & Qualifications 1. The ability to mentor other developers; 2. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and tight deadlines; 3. Strong customer service skills; 4. Ability to work independently; and 5. Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate both internally and externally with personnel at all levels. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $75.00/hr.
