What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark:
The Senior Frontend Engineer is expected to spearhead the migration of our legacy frontend systems to Angular 8+. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modern Angular development, a proven ability to lead teams, and experience with complex frontend migrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the migration of legacy Backbone and AngularJS projects to Angular 8+.
Architect and refactor existing code into a modern, scalable Angular framework.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (backend, QA, DevOps) to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
Optimize performance and scalability of the frontend application.
Guide the team through Agile processes, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.
Expertise in Angular (version 8 and above).
Strong experience with migrating legacy applications (AngularJS, Backbone) to modern Angular frameworks.
Deep understanding of Angular routing, state management (e.g., NgRx, RXJS), and performance optimization techniques.
Nice to have:
Strong leadership skills with experience guiding teams through large-scale migrations.
Experience handling iframe integration in legacy systems.
Knowledge of ad campaign management platforms.
Familiarity with ad tech or experience working with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or similar APIs.
Experience planning upgrades to higher Angular versions (12+).
Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline setup for Angular applications.
