This role is onsite 4-5 days in their West Loop/River West office.

Required Skills & Experience: 7+ years of experience in frontend development. Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Next.js. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Desired Skills & Experience: Familiarity with Node.js or Rust is a plus. Experience with crypto, trading, or consumer facing is a plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks and wear different hats as needed in a fast-paced setting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
