NetImpact is actively seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to join our award-winning and innovative team. This role requires a seasoned developer who will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing .NET-based applications. The Senior .NET Developer will work closely with the Technical Lead to drive technical excellence, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our software solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize .NET-based applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.Implement and enhance backend services that integrate with third-party SMS providers such as Vonage.Design and develop Razor/Blazor-based front-end interfaces and administrative dashboards using Radzen components and CSS Bootstrap.Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices in .NET development and REST API design.Assist in integrating ML.NET models into the application workflow for predictive analytics and security enhancements.Debug and resolve complex issues in a Kubernetes-based environment using Dockerized microservices.Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.Work closely with the Technical Lead to ensure alignment with project goals and technical standards.Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to mid-level and junior developers.Perform unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing using GitLab CI/CD pipelines.Ensure compliance with security best practices and software development standards. Qualifications

Required

 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.U.S. Citizen; eligible for U.S. Public Trust Security Clearance.6+ years of experience in .NET development, including full-stack development.Strong experience with .NET Framework, Razor/Blazor, and REST API development.Proficiency in AWS cloud services, Kubernetes orchestration, and microservices architecture.Hands-on experience with Docker containerization and DevSecOps practices.Familiarity with front-end technologies like CSS Bootstrap and Radzen components.Experience working with machine learning models using ML.NET is a plus.Strong understanding of Git, GitLab CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
