ManTech is looking for a highly motivated and qualified **Senior Full Stack CNO Developer** in San Antonio, TX. This rewarding and challenging position supports the Department of Defense (DoD) to produce microservice-based software to improve cyberspace operations and defend U.S. vital national security interests. This is a Hybrid role, 2 – 3 days per week onsite at a government facility. **Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:** + Advance our Nation’s Cyber objectives aligned to the Joint Cyber Warfighting Architecture (JCWA) through the creation of microservice applications. + Plan web strategy and operational activities of website(s) with specific attention toward content governance, web systems maintenance, and life-cycle deliverables. + Leads the investigation, assessment, and implementation of technical solutions. + Resolve customer requirements and propose solutions for cyber weapon system modifications and enhancements. + Discover and propose solutions to resolve various customer requirements such as: + Deployment of commercial or open-source software + Development of custom software + System configuration modifications + Debugging and optimization + Collaborate with developers, system engineers, tester, operators, and customer program management to ensure quality product deliverable. + Work within a Scaled Agile Framework Team environment. + Ability to pivot quickly to address operationally prioritized tasks. + Ability to rapidly gain expertise on new technologies, environments, methodologies and problem sets. + Take self-initiative to remain knowledgeable and practiced in emerging DevSecOps technologies and trends. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline + 5+ years’ demonstrated work experience in object-oriented and scripted languages with the ability to apply several tool suites related to DevSecOps, microservices, and containers. + 5+ years’ demonstrated work experience with enterprise database technologies such as Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Hadoop, Cloudera, Prometheus, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc. + Demonstrated expertise of software development using technologies such as Angular, .NET, C#, C, C++, Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, React, Node.js Go, etc. + Demonstrated work experience with container, orchestration, container platform, and service mesh technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Istio. + Demonstrated work experience with DevSecOps technologies such as GitLab, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, Nexus, Artifactory, Fortify, etc. + Demonstrated work experience with cloud-based systems and/or micro services and Containerization Development/Deployments on SIPRNet and JWICS networks. + Demonstrated work experience orchestrating or integrating development or modernization efforts across a wide span of stakeholders and contributors. + Demonstrated work experience with source control and code repository tools. + Demonstrated work experience developing within Windows and/or Linux environments. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Demonstrated expertise with DoD Enterprise DevSecOps Reference Design. + DoD 8570 IAT Level II or greater certification. + Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) certification. + Demonstrated work experience developing solutions integrating and extending open source/GOTS/COTS products. **Security Clearance Requirement:** + Must be a U.S. Citizen and hold an active Top Secret clearance at a minimum. **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time. + Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel. + Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
