• support the development and operations of cybersecurity mobile application and web services infrastructure; 
• create and maintain custom applications and web services to be used to enhance and automate cyber security protection and defense;
• provide application/service development, troubleshooting, bug fixes, and feature enhancements; and
• work with internal FBI customer base on product improvements using agile project methodologies.
