As Senior Full Stack Engineer, Community, you will partner with a team of hard-working Engineers to further develop Roblox Groups and Guilded core product and delight users. You will integrate Guilded's product with the Roblox platform, and collaborate with partners to deliver high-quality user functionality. You will have the independence, opportunity and the end-to-end responsibility to ship features that are scalable and resilient. You will work with the Engineering Manager for Community.

The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.
Annual Salary Range$233,840—$283,780 USDRoles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
