As a Sr. Functional Support Consultant, you will provide support for Vistex customers utilizing Vistex Post-Production Program. You will be providing L2 and L3 level support for Vistex Applications. Shall bring functional and technical expertise in analyzing and resolving production issues backed with proper root cause analysis. Shall also take up additional change requests as and when they are raised by customer, participate in roll outs, testing cycles, training and cut over activities as needed.
Responsibilities:
Post-production consulting. Maintenance of existing configuration and code. Technical troubleshooting. Application enhancements/Implement Change Requests. Quality assurance testing. Maintain customer relations by setting up status calls. Assist in resolution of integration testing defects of critical & high priorities. Document changes and enhancements. Develop accurate documentation that complies with customer and company standards. Executing test scenarios and test scripts after thorough understanding of different business processes. Should be very good at documentation. Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint is a must Extremely comfortable in a fast-paced environment that requires excellent time-management and the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
