The Role
We’re seeking an experienced and highly-skilled Sr. Game Producer to join ISX’s Social & Party Games team. In this role, you will oversee the scheduling and workflows of the Internal Art team and manage the outsourcing pipelines. You will own the development processes and asset pipelines for both internal and external art teams.. Your mission is to build the content delivery with a continuous delivery mindset, leveraging process improvements, prioritization skills and resource balancing. You are passionate about maximizing your team performance potential. Partnering closely with the Art Director, you’ll map out the art pipeline landscape and collaborate on both team and business needs.. You’re an exceptional communicator who maintains precise and up-to-date documentation.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in a production role where you've worked with art teams in the creation and delivery of high-quality art. Along with a deep understanding of dependency-driven pipelines, scheduling and asset tracking, and project management practices and tools.

Responsibilities
+ Own the Schedule: Collaborate with the art team and art director to scope and schedule work. Build and maintain dependency-driven asset schedules to ensure the timely release of high-quality content. Drive Art Outsourcing schedules and deliveries.
+ Be the Center of Communication: Facilitate ongoing communication with the art team, outsourcers and cross-department production teams, ensuring transparency on asset status, risks, and opportunities. Keep stakeholders informed of any changes that may impact their teams.
+ Proactively Seek Resolutions: Identify problems and propose solutions before they become roadblocks. Monitor dependency deliverables and the project's high-level needs, taking ownership of outcomes and ensuring obstacles are cleared.
+ Be a Flexible Multitasker: Manage multiple art production needs, identify and prioritize tasks, and maintain strong communication through email, Slack, meetings, and development roadmaps.
+ Facilitate Development Operations: Schedule team meetings, support art reviews, track outsourcing deliverables and timetables, and provide actionable notes and follow-up to attendees.
The Ideal Candidate
+ 6+ years of professional experience in games production, with a focus on managing the creative process.
+ Proven track record of daily problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
+ Self-motivated and innovative, tackling challenges with a creative and methodical approach to completion
+ Excellent communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels within the team and across the company
+ Skilled at driving fast-paced, impactful development cycles while balancing short-term requirements with long-term goals
+ Highly adaptable and effective in dynamic and evolving situations
+ Player-centric, passionate about finding solutions, and committed to continuous innovation
+ Strong organizational abilities and exceptional attention to detail
Bonus Skills
+ Experience in both establishing new outsourcing partnerships and sustaining existing ones.
+ Experience working with legal partners, helping manage IP requests and approvals
+ Prior experience as a game artist or a healthy understanding of game art development

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top-of-market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $90,000 - $600,000.
