Job Description Project Plan & Kickoff: Establish projects goals/outcomes, scope, deliverables  Project Leadership: Plan development, tracking and management including resource and budget management and defining clear roles / responsibilities on the project team  Change Management: Ensure strategies to manage change are scoped, scheduled & resourced. Partnering with Change Management function  Issue, Risk & Decision management: Identify, document, & develop mitigation strategies  Stakeholder Communication and management: Partner closely with sponsors to drive alignment, communicate plans including bi-weekly status reporting  Quality control: Ensure projects meet required standards & deliverables  Documentation: Maintain thorough project documentation throughout, providing traceability and archiving for future reference  Launch management: Execute smooth delivery including testing, dress rehearsals, and contingency planning  Project Closure: Deliver completed project including sustainment plan.
