Senior GEOINT Office Manager/Staff Officer
**ManTech** is seeking a motivated, career, and customer-oriented **GEOINT Office Manager** to join our team in **Springfield, VA** The position is to support the Government lead to deliver a community governance framework that allows the GEOINT Office Manager and committee members further GEOINT for the community. The position is part of a secretariat that covers multiple senior-level meetings that provide the guidance and direction to the GEOINT Community in support of ODNI and USD (I) direction. **Duties shall include:** + Support the Government in the advancement and strengthening of Geospatial Intelligence functional management across the National System for Geospatial Intelligence (NSG), through strategic communications, collaborative engagement, and secretariat responsibilities. + Actively engage with the NSG community members and partners as directed by the Government GEOINT Functional Manager, the GEOCOM Chair/Vice-chair and Director GEOINT Enterprise (D/G). + Work with NSG members, Support Team Chiefs and Defense and Intelligence leaders to support the geospatial intelligence committee of record GEOCOM, and NSG Senior Management Council (NSMC). + Develop, prepare, and edit minutes (within three (3) business days), reports, communications products, engagement strategies, presentations, speeches, talking points and other communications products, as required, which integrate a common functional management message. + Assist the Government in data collection and analysis of community requirements and programmatic resource and personnel data. + Support the planning, coordination and conduct of NSG community functional management forums/activities (e.g. NSMC, GEOCOM, GOB, GRB). + Support preparation of read-ahead material for the GEOINT Functional Manager and GEOCOM Chair/Vice-chair to support participation in DoD, IC, and other conferences and meetings (e.g. NSMC, GEOCOM, GOB, GRB) + Assist the Government in the advancement and strengthening of Geospatial Intelligence management across the NSG through leadership, governance, education, strategic communications, and collaborative engagement. + Support development and implementation of NSG cross-functional and cross-organizational planning and solution implementation and coordination within G and NGA + Support content management of the NSG and G websites, ensuring content is updated and relevant to NSG community needs. + Assist with branding of G and the GEOCOM, as needed **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field to Business/GIS. + 11 years of GEOINT/IC front office experience + Proficiency to perform general office management/staff officer duties. + Experience in gathering information and critical thinking capacity to synthesize information. + Ability to support administrative activities and scheduling for corporate support events + Ability to extract and synthesize complex information to prepare briefings, staff material, read-aheads, presentations and other material, as required. + Excellent written and oral communication skills. + Knowledge of NGA applications and methods including developing correspondence and internal/external communications, taskers + Comprehensive understanding and use of Microsoft Office Applications and ability to independently develop materials + Ability to work independently or under limited supervisor and deliver outcomes on time. **Desired** **:** + Thorough understanding of the National System for GEOINT (NSG) + Knowledge of NGA, its Key Components, directorate, offices, and programs **Security Clearance Requirements:** + Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain & maintain a Poly **Physical Requirements:** + Able to remain in a stationary position 50%. + Constantly position self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet. + Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copier, scanner, and computer printer. + Frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. \#GEOINTopportunities ManTech International Corporation, as well as its subsidiaries proactively fulfills its role as an equal opportunity employer.
