Overview

We are looking for an experienced and high-performing Senior Account-Based Marketing Manager (ABM) to join the Global Marketing team at an exciting time in our growth. Reporting to the Strategic Marketing Director, you’ll play a critical role in growing our ABM function, a key area of focus for our business. You will be responsible for implementing high-impact and scalable ABM programs to drive enterprise account acquisition and expansion across multiple regions to accelerate pipeline generation.

 

To be successful in this role, you have strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of driving ABM program in a B2B corporate environment. You are highly experienced in partnering with a large global network of Sales, Account Management and Marketing stakeholders to build target account plans, execute and measure ABM campaigns, and meet marketing pipeline targets. You are also competent in fostering collaborative partnership with global marketing agencies to leverage their expertise to drive ongoing success.

Responsibilities Global Market Understanding: Analyze and understand the complexities of the global Enterprise market, identifying trends, pain points, and opportunities for engagement.Strategy Development: Collaborate with our marketing agency to design and implement a comprehensive ABM plan that targets high-value accounts and aligns with overall marketing and sales objectives.
Target Account Identification: Analyze market data to identify and prioritize key accounts for ABM efforts, ensuring alignment with business priorities based on market potential and strategic fit.Program Execution and Adaptation: Lead the roll-out of multi-channel marketing programs (email, digital, content, events) and adapt strategies based on real-time performance metrics and market feedback.
Content Creation: Work with Content Strategists to develop content distribution plans across marketing channels (social networks, paid ads, blog, display, web and email) that lead to pipeline acceleration in our ABM campaigns.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with GTM teams to understand account needs and pain points, ensuring alignment on messaging and strategies to maximize account engagement.
Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of ABM campaigns, using insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
Budget Management: Oversee ABM budget allocation, ensuring effective use of resources to maximize ROI.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to refine ABM strategies and tactics.Marketing Transformation: Contribute to broader marketing transformation efforts by integrating innovative approaches and best practices into and from ABM strategies.Program Advocacy: Serve as a key champion for ABM, promoting its value across the business to maximize its impact on revenue growth.

 

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field7-10 years of experience in enterprise B2B integrated marketing3+ years in ABM-focused rolesProven success in developing and executing ABM programs that drive pipeline growthProactive self-starter with strategic and growth-mindset Strong understanding of the marketing and sales funnel, buyer’s journey stages, and pipeline metricsExperience with ABM, Marketing Automation, CRM platforms (Salesforce, Bombora etc.) requiredAnalytical with acumen to track key performance metrics and interpret data to drive decision-makingExceptional project management and detailed-oriented in executionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levelsExperience working with global team members across NAM, EMEA and APACOccasional international travel may be required
