Solenis LLC is seeking a Senior Global Digital Program Manager for its office in Wilmington, DE: Cover the management and execution of the organization's key digital initiatives. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related engineering field, and five years' progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or any related occupation to include: 5 years’ experience End to End management of faster Go-To-Market strategy ensuring best implementation of CICD, DevOps Practices, tools and processes; 5 years’ experience in Digital Food Safety Management; 5 years’ experience working with Internet of Things (IOT) end to end management with peripheral and edge devices; 5 years’ experience formulating a structured governance framework for internal and external communication models, risk management, and internal and external dependencies management; and 5 years’ experience developing and maintaining the financial budget plans, ROI matrices. Employee will be required to travel 15% of the time on domestic and international trips lasting 1-2 weeks in duration. Remote work from anywhere in the U.S. is permitted. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training. Experience may have been gained concurrently.
