Job Responsibilities:

 

Integrate communications across acquired companies: Develop and implement a cohesive communication strategy that aligns the marketing efforts for luxury positioning, ensuring a consistent brand message and customer experience;

Collaborate with global marketing on strategic portfolio priorities: Work closely with the global marketing team to align the company's strategic portfolio priorities with the specific needs and trends in the Luxury market especially around supply chain sustainability solutions. Provide local market insights to inform global decision-making;

 

​​​​​​​Support significant growth through sales team collaboration: Closely collaborate with the sales teams to develop and execute account-based marketing strategies. Leverage the latest technologies, including generative AI, to create tailored marketing materials and campaigns that support the sales team's efforts

 

​​​​​​​Lead Generation, Qualification, and Conversion: Work closely with the sales teams to develop and implement lead generation strategies, qualify leads, and support the conversion process. Leverage global processes and best practices to optimize the lead-to-revenue pipeline. Build and measure the tangible and intangible return on marketing spend.  Attract new and existing visitors to the various engagement channels via all customer acquisition methodologies.

 

Leverage the latest technologies: Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies, including generative AI, and explore ways to integrate them into the company's marketing efforts. Utilize these tools to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing campaigns;

 

​​​​​​​Measure and optimize marketing performance: Implement robust metrics and analytics to track the performance of marketing initiatives. Continuously analyze the data and make data-driven decisions to optimize the marketing strategy and achieve the desired business outcomes;

 

​​​​​​​Brand Management: Manage the BV and acquired brand, ensuring the brand communications align with the Bureau Veritas corporate brand strategy, brand voice, and guidelines;

 

​​​​​​​Market Mapping: Maintain an ongoing market landscape assessment (market sizes, product category trends, competitor positions, customer activities, industry trends, etc.) for key segments within the Consumer and Technology spaces;

 

Client Alignment. Attend client meetings / industry events to position Bureau Veritas’ comprehensive suite of solutions as well as to gain insights into changing needs of market / competitor offerings. Understand and dive deep into data, discover customer patterns and build strategic programs to drive engagement and customer retention via offline and online platforms.

 

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;

​​​​​​​

Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably in the TIC or a related industry;

​​​​​​​

Proven track record of successfully integrating communications across acquired companies;

​​​​​​​

Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with global and local teams;

​​​​​​​

Strong understanding of the Italy luxury market and the TIC industry;

​​​​​​​

Proficiency in the latest marketing technologies, including generative AI;

​​​​​​​

Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.
