Senior Global Mobility Benefits Analyst

Position Details:

Based in Frisco, TXHybrid schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

This position assists with the administration of US benefits, specifically Relocation, Financial Management and Health and Welfare support. The role provides strong administrative and analytical expertise while continually seeking opportunities for improvement with the benefit plan administration. The Senior Benefit Analyst will partner with internal stakeholders, such as HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, HR Operations and other internal teams.

Responsibilities:

Manage the Global Mobility process and lead day-to-day operations.Serves as the single point of contact for HR and Talent Acquisition on all US/Global relocationsReviews and approves relocation requests, in accordance with established policies, providing cost estimates as neededManges the semi-annual COLA process for expatsManagement of KDP relocation policies - periodically review our global mobility policies to ensure programs are supportive of KDP’s expense, strategy and workforce needs.Point of contact for KDP’s global mobility vendor; working with vendors to ensure a smooth experiencefor KDP employees relocating or transferring between our locations.Responsible for the reporting, reconciliation, and financial management of KDP’s health and welfare plans and programs.The development and monitoring of our annual benefits budget, requiring on-going reporting and reconciliation, and interacting closely with our finance and accounting teams, and senior management and external vendor partners.Coordination and management of our accounting process and governance associated with our benefit programs.Review, payment and reconciliation of health and welfare invoicesIdentify trends and partner with the Benefits team to make strategic recommendations.Health and Welfare SupportServe as Benefits subject matter expert to communicate benefit offerings to leadership and employeesMust be able to review and interpret legal documents, such as Summary Plan Documents and Collectively Bargained Agreements, seeking guidance as neededAssists with RFI/RFP project management for new vendor implementationAid employees with claim issues and resolving benefit-related issues in a timely mannerAssists with specific projects such as the fall open enrollment and implementation of various benefit programsAssist union analyst as needed on cost analysis comparisons, review of Collective Bargaining Agreements, etc.Creates/Maintains Policy Documents and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all benefit processesMaintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, etcKnowledge of pertinent Benefits related federal and state regulations (DOL, IRS, ERISA, Social Security) including filing, reporting, and compliance requirements. Total Rewards Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility Requirements 5 years or more of related experience.Bachelor’s degree preferred with strong focus on financial acumen and analyticsKnowledge of State and Federal laws and regulations pertaining to Benefits/Relocation.Must have strong inclination and comfort with complex spreadsheets and calculations.Experience producing deliverables in a fast paced, time sensitive, highly responsive environment  Excellent written and oral communication skills, including large group presentationsSome travel may be required.
