The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Global Product Manager within our Abbott Rapid Diagnostics business located at Lake Forest, IL.  In this role, you will be responsible for the development and execution of strategic marketing programs supporting infectious diseases product portfolio(s) across market segments for emerging markets.

What You’ll Work On

Lead marketing efforts for assigned responsibilities on the specific product and portfolio for emerging markets.Work closely with various cross-functional teams, and cross-geographic teams to reach alignment on marketing programs and ensure aligned execution.Manage promotional materials including value proposition, product leaflets, conferences, and marketing training materials.Collaborate with Insights team to assess market sizing, develop patient journey and forecast.


Required Qualifications

BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Biological Science, or related field required.At least five (5) years of marketing experience required, with strong strategic market and analysis skills.At least three years of diagnostics experience required.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with success in promoting products. Creative and innovative tasks skills with a high level of energy, enthusiasm, endurance, and a can-do attitudeDemonstrated communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver professional presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA with marketing emphasis desiredInfectious disease experience highly desiredExperience with launching new product and global campaigns.Upstream and downstream experienceWorked in a matrix organization.

The base pay for this position is $111,300.00 – $222,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
