As a Sr. Global Proposal Coordinator at QPS, you’ll be at the forefront of responding to RFIs/RFPs and developing budgets, proposals, and related documentation for domestic and global clinical research. You'll independently lead the process for assigned projects with minimal oversight, ensuring accurate and timely submissions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, coordinating across teams, and making a tangible difference in the world of clinical research. Plus, it’s 100% remote!

The Job

What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage proposal, budget, and contract processes, ensuring seamless and timely submissions.Develop and review budgets, proposals, and other key documentation for multisite clinical research projects.Analyze RFPs and associated documents to identify discrepancies and missing information.Collaborate closely with Business Development and internal teams to ensure proposals align with client requirements.Gather and coordinate necessary input from contributors and vendors to create well-structured proposals.Ensure compliance with Global Proposal Office standards, processes, and templates.Maintain accurate records and data within SalesForce.com and other internal systems.Build strong client relationships and address client-specific requirements with professionalism and efficiency.Assist in proposal negotiations, amendments, and change orders as needed.Process awarded projects according to established protocols.

Requirements

What you Bring:

Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science, Business Management, or a related field.5+ years of experience in a Proposal Coordinator or similar role within the CRO, Pharma, Phase I Unit, or life sciences industry.Strong knowledge of the CRO industry.Industry-relevant certifications are a plus.Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
