Job Summary
The Senior Government Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring adherence to government laws and regulations, customer requirements, and internal operational policies, procedures, and systems. They will oversee and conduct operational reviews, as well as develop new policies and procedures as needed to maintain compliance. This role also involves aligning customer-site processes with the objectives and requirements of the Government Property Manual (GPM) to ensure ongoing compliance.
Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure Global Asset Management (GAM) compliance with government laws, regulations, customer requirements, and internal operational policies, procedures, and systems.Oversee Government Property (GP) sites and review GP Site Managers' product delivery reports before submitting items to the customer.Conduct operational reviews and develop new policies and procedures to maintain ongoing compliance.Maintain strong working relationships with customers, regulatory bodies, and industry groups.Meet Voice-of-the-Customer (VOC) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement plans if performance falls short of expectations.Train and mentor Global Asset Management (GAM) staff on Government Property and customer regulations.Contribute to the development of functional strategy and may oversee global processes and procedures.Identify and develop growth opportunities in property management to meet annual revenue targets, including proposal creation, cost estimation, and execution post-award.Basic Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship is required.Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience, including 4 years of experience in management.In lieu of a degree, 14 years of directly related experience, with 6 years of experience in management.In-depth knowledge of FAR 52.245-1 outcomes and requirements is essential.Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS and other government agency regulations.Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Government Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) system.National Property Management Association (NPMA) certification at the CPPS (Certified Professional Property Specialist) level or higher is required; CPPA (Certified Professional Property Administrator) or CPPM (Certified Professional Property Manager).KBR Benefits
