Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Grant Manager to manage a research portfolio and oversee the full lifecycle of grants management, including both pre and post-award processes. This role supports high-level research and manages a large and complex grant portfolio.
ResponsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle of grants management from pre-award to post-award.Conduct data entry related to grants management.Support high-level research initiatives.Oversee and coordinate the management of a large and complex grant portfolio.Essential SkillsExperience with pre-award and post-award processes.Experience with NSF grants.At least 5 years of experience in grants management.Experience working at the department level rather than a centralized office.Additional Skills & QualificationsLocal candidate required.Must work in the office 5 days a week for the first 90 days. After orientation, 2-3 days on-site work will be required.Work Environment
The work environment is collaborative and close-knit, with a strong sense of community fostered through events such as Summer Fridays and BBQs. Initially, the role requires being on-site 5 days a week for the first 90 days, transitioning to 2-3 days on-site thereafter.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $115000.00
The client will provide more insight on benefits (PTO, holiday sick/personal time) in the interview process due to the setup being Direct Placement.
