Senior Grants and Contracts Administrator *Remote - Most States Eligible*
The Senior Grants and Contracts Administrator provides professional expertise in grant and contract administration to ensure full compliance with both sponsor and organizational rules and regulations, thereby reducing risk to the organization. Within the Office of Sponsored Projects, the Sr. GCA will work in partnership with organizational staff to achieve compliant grant performance, inclusive of requirements such as time and effort certification, subrecipient monitoring and financial reporting in tandem with efficient operation and maintenance of the portfolio (Cayuse) and financial management systems (Oracle).

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree - Accounting, Public Administration, or related field from college or university or 4 years of applicable experience in healthcare, research, finance, accounting, education, or legal fields. 5 years closely related experience. 2 years drafting organizational policy to meet contractual compliance requirements. 2 years experience interpreting relevant regulatory requirements related to Federal Acquisition Regulation. 2 years skilled use of electronic software applications, especially Microsoft applications (e.g. Excel, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree - Business Administration, Public Administration, MSA or equivalent educ/experience. CRA issued by SRA within 1 year of hire, CCRP issued by SOCRA within 1 year of hire, or CPA issued by Board of Accountancy upon hire. 4 years - Research/grant/healthcare administration.Salary Range by Location:
