Senior Graphic Designer
What You'll Do We’re hiring! As a Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll have the opportunity to design for a variety of mediums that bring our brand to life, including marketing collateral, event assets, graphics, presentations, photo editing, and more. Here are some examples of what you'll be doing: Design graphics, text, and layouts for digital and print marketing collateral, high-profile presentations, event materials, and various other types of marketing and branded materials. Some design consultation with clients. Collaborate with design team and managers to ensure alignment on brand consistency and design quality. Collaborate with account managers on strategy, timelines, specs, and final output. Identify efficiencies and brand consistency through documentation and creation of templates. Keep up to date on design trends and creative technology updates. Who You Are Bachelor's degree in graphic design or 8+ years equivalent work experience. 2+ years of professional graphic design experience i.e. layout design, typography, content hierarchy, photo selection and editing, illustration, and data visualization. Demonstrate graphic design skills with a strong portfolio. Highly proficient with current versions of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Ability and passion to translate ideas and concepts from a creative brief or outline into high quality design executions. Possess a high level of knowledge and understanding of visual brand systems, design best practices, experience with design execution in different mediums and on multiple platforms. Skills that will help you stand out: Clear showcase of your ability to be a creative problem solver. Experience implementing and/or adhering to ADA standards. Presentation skills and the ability to articulate strong design rationale. Adaptable, flexible, collaborative team-player. Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $27.40 - $37.45 / hour Time Off Program Personal Time Off (PTO) is provided to hourly (non-exempt) employees and provides a set amount of accrued time earned each pay period. Employees can use their PTO for vacation, personal or short-term illness.
