Graphic design is critical to this effort, which is why we’re seeking a Senior Graphic Designer based in Seattle, WA.
The Senior Graphic Designer will create effective visual media in support of our overarching brand. You will work side-by-side with leadership in an iterative, agile design team that spans print, web, social media, presentations, advertising, large-format signage, collateral, etc.
The Graphic Designer will:
Serve as a senior member of a growing design team. Lead graphic design projects from concept to production to delivery. Brainstorm and ideate design concepts for new and existing campaigns/ projects. Work closely with stakeholders to bring complex concepts to life through effective visual storytelling. Design across channels including web, social media, emails, print collateral and presentation layouts. Manage and maintain a digital asset management system for photography, video and graphic assets. Coordinate graphic design and production with vendors and external partners.What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry
High degree of creativity and problem-solving. Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft PowerPoint and other design-based applications. Video, photography and animation experience a plus. Experience with both digital and print production. Solid layout chops, strong color theory, vector illustrator, with a modern design sensibility. Comfort in a fast-paced, iterative environment where fluctuation of tasks and needs is the norm. Proven ability to take on multiple assignments and projects with independence and efficiency. Ability to collaborate effectively in a timely manner with multiple stakeholders to achieve project goals. Ability to work within established brand guidelines while seeking opportunities to expand and strengthen them. Critical listening and client relationship building skills. Available to work on-site. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent work experience required. Minimum 8 years of graphic design experience. AEC industry experience a plus.PeopleFirst Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58,410 - $94,100 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
