Job Description

We are seeking a talented and innovative Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative Urbansim + Planning Studio in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our visual identity and creating compelling designs across various platforms and mediums.

Lead and execute design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet brand guidelines and client objectivesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions for marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and print materialsMentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within the design teamCreate and maintain brand identity systems, including logos, color palettes, and typography guidelinesDesign user interfaces (UI) for websites and mobile applications, focusing on user experience and visual appealDevelop engaging motion graphics and animations for digital platforms and presentationsManage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget requirementsStay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve design processes and outcomesPresent design concepts and rationales to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field8+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design projectsExpert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignStrong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principlesExperience in brand identity development and implementation across various mediumsProficiency in both digital and print design, with knowledge of production processesSolid skills in UI design and creating user-centered visual experiencesAbility to create engaging motion graphics and animationsExcellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong leadership and mentoring abilities to guide junior designersExceptional communication and presentation skillsCollaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teamsUp-to-date knowledge of current design trends and best practices in the industryFlexibility and enthusiasm for tackling diverse design challengesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
