Senior Growth Creative Strategy and Operations Manager

Job Summary: We’re seeking a dynamic, creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to join our team as a Growth Creative & Operations Manager. In this role, you’ll lead the development of compelling new ad concepts while also overseeing the operational side of ad production, ensuring seamless execution across campaigns. This is a unique opportunity to blend creative vision with operational expertise to drive impactful results.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

Creative Strategy & Execution

Leverage data-driven insights to shape and optimize creative strategies for performance ads (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, etc) Lead the development and testing of creative concepts to drive results Manage performance creative agency relationships, overseeing creative strategy and execution Collaborate with paid media managers, creative and production teams to create high-impact, social-first assets that perform Facilitate brainstorms, define creative needs, and streamline processes to maximize output

Creative Operations

Establish and maintain processes for evaluating performance, testing, and optimizing creative Centralize feedback and reporting for launches, evergreen content, and promotions Define KPIs and testing guardrails to ensure consistent creative performance measurement

Project Management & Collaboration

Coordinate timelines, milestones, and deliverables with Growth, Creative, and Integrated Marketing teams Develop tailored briefing processes by channel and align cross-functional strategies Share social media ad trends and insights to inform creative development and optimization

What You’ll Need to Have:

Required:

7+ years in growth creative strategy, ideally in DTC e-commerce, with a proven record of driving performance through creative Strong analytical skills and understanding of performance marketing KPIs Experience leveraging creative analytics tools and conducting creative analysis Deep expertise in paid social (specifically Meta, TikTok, Pinterest & YouTube) and passion for understanding emerging social trends Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives and delivering results Proven ability to collaborate across teams like performance marketing, creative and influencer to guide and improve performance across channels Exceptional communication skills and experience briefing teams

Preferred:

Experience in the home industry Experience working managing a large magnitude of campaigns (100+ a month) Experience leveraging creative analytics tools like Motion or AI tools for creative iteration

 

Compensation:

$105,000 - $135,000 per year base salary

An annual bonus percentage that varies based on level of role Employer matching (up to 3% of base salary) for company sponsored 401K plan
