Senior Hardware Engineer
Fluke in Poland is growing - we are setting up a new R&D team in Wroclaw deliver our newest products. This is a rare opportunity to build a new team within already established environment.
As a Hardware Engineer, you will be developing, improving, and maintaining electronics across Fluke Reliability’s diverse product portfolio in Wrocław, Poland. As part of a multi-functional team, you will design and analyze critical analog and digital circuits for customer applications. Applications range from precision analog measurement to image processing to RF systems. You will have opportunities to specialize in a subject area, or broadly cover many technologies.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for designing cost-effective circuitry to high performance and quality, based on precision analog and digital circuit technology. Prepare proposals of cost and time estimates to meet completion dates and technical specifications. Participate in preparing documentation such as schematic diagrams, test procedures, theory of operation, purchased part lists, instruction manuals, and related information. To conduct functional, performance, environmental, and safety tests of new designs or modify existing designs. Maintain current knowledge regarding new developments and trends in applicable engineering areas in support of assigned work in either sustaining engineering or new product development.Your team:
You will be working with our cross functional engineering team in Wroclaw, Poland and the FRS engineering team in Ismaning, Germany, as a key part of Fluke’s engineering organization. You will have a close working relationship with Fluke’s technical experts around the globe.
Experience:
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics 5+ years of relevant experience in electronic hardware design. Specifically, experience in circuit and layout design, product development, and validation. Deep understanding of electronic principles, knowledge of precision analog and digital measurement circuits Experience with advanced circuit simulations and error analysis. Proficient in ECAD design tools, usage of Cadence tools or PADs is a plus. Experience with embedded microcontroller and microprocessor-based systems as well as design and implementation of related FW Familiarity with EMC and EMI principlesPersonal Skills:
