Imagine360 is currently seeking a Senior Healthcare Claims Data Analyst to join our team! This position is responsible for analyzing prospective client healthcare claims and census data to evaluate potential savings achievable through Imagine360's solutions. This role is critical in the sales process, as the insights and projections that are provided will showcase the value Imagine360 delivers to employers. Leveraging advanced analytical tools and collaborating with brokers, clients, and internal sales teams, this position will drive data-informed decision-making and help prioritize strategic opportunities within the market.\n

Position: 100% Remote\n

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:\n\nAnalyze Prospective Client Data: Utilize health insurance data and Imagine360 proprietary tools to evaluate expected savings and market-specific opportunities for potential clients.\nCollaborate with Brokers and Clients: Engage with brokers and prospective clients to clarify missing or incomplete data, address questions, and provide detailed explanations of analysis results.\nSupport Sales Prioritization: Partner with Sales Representatives and Brokers to manage and prioritize analysis requests, ensuring deadlines are met effectively within assigned markets.\nDrive Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine analysis processes and outputs, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.\nAdapt to Organizational Needs: Contribute to team success through additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.\n\n

Required Experience \/ Education:\n\nBachelor's Degree\n8+ years of experience performing analysis functions in a fast-paced\/high-growth organization.\nExperience in the healthcare or insurance industry.\n\n

Skills and Abilities:\n\nStrong attention to detail and analytic capabilities, with the ability to evaluate complex data accurately and efficiently.\nAdvanced Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint for creating detailed reports and presentations.\nGood understanding of healthcare claims, census data, and related financial metrics.\nAbility to adapt analyses, make assumptions when necessary, and proactively recommend improvements to processes and outputs.\nSkilled at interacting with prospective clients and brokers to gather information, clarify data needs, and explain analysis results effectively.\nDemonstrated ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing accuracy, even under tight timelines.\nBackground in Math or Finance, with a strong foundation in numerical analysis and financial modeling.\nProactive and innovative in identifying trends, making actionable recommendations, and improving analysis processes.\n\n
