Growing together.** **This position is a Hybrid role. 1 day/week must sit in the El Segundo, CA office location.** **Primary Responsibilities:** + Presents and acts as a thought partner to regional inpatient medical directors and inpatient care management leadership on data trends, priorities, and progress-to-goals + Creates, as part of a team, the annual affordability commitments and develops sound methodology for tracking YOY incremental savings + Enhances and maintains key metrics for all Hospital and SNF admissions data for deeper understanding and measurement of all Hospital and SNF admissions data + Communicates with employed front-line hospitalists for new process operational roll-out and targets + Responds timely to ad hoc analytical requests and anticipates follow-up needs of leadership + Member of the Inpatient Risk-Adjustment Council + Able to quickly become proficient in EHR & Utilization Management software navigation You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. **Required Qualifications:** + 1+ years of working experience in a professional Healthcare Organization in analytical/data role + 1+ years of experience presenting to leaders through concise, value-add meetings + 1+ years of professional experience working with Microsoft SQL. Must be advanced level + Deep understanding of managed care priorities, hospitalist workflow + Ability to maintain veracity of large data sets while allowing for flexible connectivity to the data + Ability to generate and organize data into reports and distributing accordingly + Ability to project manage initiatives that are uncovered by data owned by position + Works well as part of a team + Expertise in best practice hygiene and documentation for data table construction and store procedures + Excel & Powerpoint – advanced level **Preferred Qualifications:** + PowerBI skills **California Residents Only:** The salary range for this role is $58,300 to $114,300 annually.
