About this role:
Wells Fargo is actively seeking several Product Owners & Analysts to support provider-focused Healthcare products in Global Payments & Liquidity. This includes patient receivables solution, payer receivables solution, and supplier payables solution. It includes a good understanding the solutions, working with vendors on roadmap for current state vs. future state, and working with internal teams including sales, implementations, service, and operations for all aspects of the solutions. Supports requirements gathering, execution, and delivery for payments platforms to achieve business outcomes. In this role, you will:
Lead or participate in product management initiatives and deliverables for A/P or A/R productsContribute to product analysis across applicable markets, conduct market research and market results-oriented analysisReview and analyze programs for new or existing products & enhancements including identification of opportunities across the organizationResolve moderately complex issues and lead team to meet project goals, objectives, and deliverablesEnsure programs adhere to compliance, privacy regulations and policiesCollaborate and consult with managers, analysts, and project teams to ensure that goals are achievedLead projects, teams or serve as a mentorRequired Qualifications:
4+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
Financial services industry experience (healthcare payments, provider & payer receivables)Treasury Management experience, A/P, payments, remittance, etc.Vendor platforms and Healthcare Payments Solutions (RMS, InstaMed, Flywire) or similar2+ years of Agile experienceExperience working with back-end administrative tools (i.e. ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence)Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team membersExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsPartnered with Product Managers, Technology, Operations and Stakeholders in a matrix environmentPartnered with Legal, Risk & Compliance team members for policy, content, process review, escalation & resolutionMS Office suite of tools (i.e. PPT, Excel, OneNote, etc.) to analyze internal and external feedback, identifying trends & opportunities for enhancementsJob Expectations:
