Senior Helpline Advisor

Due to continued growth of Circle Healthcare’s National Enquiry Centre, we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team.

These positions are a great opportunity to utilise and develop existing skills in a contact centre environment. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, dealing with general enquiries and arranging appointments for them to see our consultants within Circle’s network of hospitals, a network which is the largest in the UK.

We are based in Hillington with great transport links from the M8 and to Glasgow City Centre.

Preferred candidates should have contact centre experience.  Our Customer Experience is at the heart of what we do here at Circle Healthcare. Therefore, our preferred candidates should have the passion to succeed in a customer focused environment.

This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Platinum advisor within the NEC or Previous experience in a similar role

• Must have successfully completed probation

• Proven track record of working within a target driven environment.

• Experience working in a contact centre or healthcare environment

Duties of this role include:

• Use coaching and motivational skills to actively support the Team Manager to lead the team to achieve performance objectives

• Analyse and action performance gaps

• Todeputiseforlinemanagerintheirabsence,asappropriate.

• Complete coaching sessions and feedback accordingly

• Keep others focussed and motivated

• Foster and encourage positive team morale

• Manage your time effectively to meet internal and external deadlines

• Handle high volume inbound enquiries via telephone, email and web based platforms from a variety of key stakeholders
