Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior HighView Subject Matter Expert (SME) in College Park, MD. Duties Include: * Serve as the lead HighView expert, providing in-depth knowledge and guidance on the software's capabilities, configurations, and best practices * Collaborate with project teams, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and design appropriate HighView solutions * Develop and implement HighView customizations, integrations, and enhancements to meet specific project needs * Troubleshoot and resolve complex HighView issues, providing technical support and recommendations for resolution * Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for project teams and end-users on HighView functionality and processes * Participate in the design, testing, and implementation phases of HighView projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards * Contribute to the development of technical documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures related to HighView * Stay up to date with the latest HighView releases, updates, and industry best practices
